How to Choose the Right Buggy

Parenting is a huge responsibility, and it requires you to make right choices you’re your babies, be it in the matter of baby food or the buggy that you select.

There are several varieties of buggies available in the market and you can choose one depending upon your particular needs. If you have a new born, a simple buggy might not be the appropriate choice for you, as it only provides for sitting and also lacks proper support for the baby.

However, if your baby is a little grown up, a simple single child- buggy would be the right choice as it is not only light and conveniently movable, but can also be folded and accommodated in a small storage place.

Since these buggies can be used only on smooth surfaces, the manufacturers have developed mountain buggies that can be used on rugged surfaces and almost all other terrains. However, these buggies do not provide enough protection from the sun, which the baby might need especially in summers.

If you have twins, you can go for twin buggies or tandem buggies instead of buying two separate buggies, which might be more difficult to handle. Twin buggies allow you to place your kids side by side, but this makes the buggy broader and hence more difficult to take it through a narrow passage.

This problem can be solved by using the tandem buggy, which allows for both kids to be placed one after another in wide seats. However, this buggy is heavier and not a good choice for sharp curves. So your ultimate choice should be governed by what kind of an area you live in and where all you plan to take your child with you.
